Shoulder injuries are common because our shoulder joint is highly movable and this means it is highly susceptible to injury. Instability, impingement, stiffness (frozen shoulder), rotator cuff injuries are highly common. Learn Pilates based shoulder exercises to strengthen and stabilize the ball on socket shoulder joint. Alleviate your shoulder pain resulting from pickleball, tennis, golf, and baseball or any other physical activity.
