I am committed to working with a small client base which allows me to personally schedule your sessions. 

Working with clients at various levels, ages, and abilities, I will create a customized Pilates repertoire for each client for each session.  At each private Pilates sessions, I will focus on your unique goals.  I will be with you for your entire session, making modifications and variations as needed to accommodate your particular needs.

BOOK A PRIVATE SESSION

*Private 1:1 Pilates Packages [at-home studio]

• 4-pack $280 + tax ($70 each)
  
• 8-pack $520 + tax ($65 each)
  
• Pay as you go $75 each + tax
  
• Sessions take place at an intimate in-home Pilates space dedicated for private sessions.
  
• Sessions are 55 minutes with a flow of exercises designed for you.
• 1:1 private session with thorough cuing and guidance from start to finish using various in-studio Pilates apparatuses plus mat work and props.​  

If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Pilates Whole Body as soon as possible. 

At your initial appointment, either cash or check payment is tendered.  

​Please arrive attired with your Pilates gear prior to arrival so that you are ready for your appointed session time.
