Cardio Flow Pilates: 4-Weekly Online Classes
The Cardio Flow Pilates workout is a low impact, high intensity, resistance cardio workout. Each weekly workout is 30 minutes or less. Begin with a warm-up and then you will move into Pilates Whole Body's cardio flows that will have you working from head to toe. You will move through several flows allowing you the opportunity to push yourself! Also, modifications will be provided for beginners.
A ZOOM video link will be dropped into your inbox once a week and will be accessible for one week.
View the videos as often as you like for one week. Allow rest and time to recuperate. Please also read the Assumption of Risk Form, sign and date it and then return the form by email (photo attachment) to [email protected].
