March Matness Pop Up Group Mat Pilates Class Single Session
4 Group Mat Pilates Classes on 1 Day - $15 is for a single group mat Pilates class. The $15 pre-registration cutoff is: Friday, March 24th 5 pm. At the door rate is $20 thereafter.

- First class starts at 10 - 10:50 am Intro to Mat Pilates - This will cover some fundamentals about Pilates and will be a gentle breathwork, movement, flexibility, and core strength session with exercises that will challenge the seasoned Pilates veteran as well introduce folks new to the exercise as I present modified versions for each Pilates exercise.
- Second class starts at 11:10 - 12 noon Breath and Stretch Release for Neck and Low Back. Stretching, pacing our breath with each stretch of our neck, our entire back, hip flexors, and other parts of our body to address our whole body's ability to hold stress and tension. This will be a soothing class that will leave you refreshed!
- Third class starts at 1:10 - 2pm Intermediate Mat Pilates. Muscle endurance while working on your core strength and the "powerhouse" a term that Joseph H. Pilates founder of this method of exercise refers to as the junction between your torso and your legs. Those new to Pilates are welcome to take this class well as I will provide modifications for beginners mixed with challenging movements for veterans to Pilates.
- Fourth and last class starts at 2:20 pm - 3:10 pm Intro to Mat Pilates. This will cover some fundamentals about Pilates and will be a gentle breathwork, movement, flexibility, and core strength session with exercises that will challenge the seasoned Pilates veteran as well introduce folks new to the exercise as I present modified versions for each Pilates exercise.
