Four (4) weekly Tuesday group mat Pilates classes taught by Jan, a Certified Pilates Instructor, of Pilates Whole Body. Become Pilates Strong by working on developing core strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. The classes are sold as a set. All participants must review and sign the Assumption of Risk document. Photos of students participating in the class may be taken during the 45-minute group mat Pilates class.
