Jan McGrath,
South Dakota’s First Certified

Neurocentric Trainer

Move Better. Feel Stronger. Live Pain-Free.
Hi, I’m Jan McGrath—founder of Pilates Whole Body and South Dakota’s first Certified Neurocentric Trainer.

Why Brain-Based Movement Gets Results
Your brain runs the show—every movement, every muscle, every moment. That’s why I train your nervous system first. It’s not just smarter; it’s faster, more effective, and long-lasting.

NeuroPower combines:
💪 Precision of Pilates
🧠 Brain-based neurocentric exercises
👁 Retraining vision, balance & sensory systems

The result?
Less pain. More power. A body that feels stable, strong, and ready for anything—at any age.

From Frustrated to Free: My Story
Years ago, I experienced persistent pain and physical limitations. Despite trying countless therapies, nothing made lasting difference—until I discovered the missing link: neurology.

I began my training with Z-Health Performance Solutions®, a neuroscience-based education system used by elite athletes and movement professionals around the world. It changed everything.

Now, I integrate brain-based movement into every session I teach—because when you train your brain, your body follows.

  • Teens (ages 15 +)

  • Stroke and concussion survivors

  • Clients with Parkinson’s and other neurological challenges

  • Older adults focused on fall prevention and mobility

  • Adults who simply want to feel better in their bodies

  • Anyone who feels stuck and wants to move forward

No matter your age or ability, I meet you where you are—and help you get where you want to go.

What Makes My Approach Different

Most movement methods focus only on the body. I focus on what controls it: your brain.

Using brain-based movement techniques, we can:

  • 🚫🩹 Reduce pain without stretching or pushing

  • 🔄 Improve mobility and range of motion in minutes

  • 🌱Rebuild confidence in how your body moves

It’s not magic. It’s neuroscience in motion.

Let’s Move Forward
You don’t have to push through pain. You can train your brain instead.
