Welcome to Pilates Whole Body! My name is Jan, and I am fully certified through Pilates Instructor Academy. It is meaningful for me to see the impact and progression that my clients feel through my Pilates sessions. My hope is to care for your health holistically through different types of exercises starting with Pilates plus cardio training, and proper recovery and rest. Through my own 20-year experience as an athlete, I have seen the effect that our lives can have on our bodies and the effect our bodies can have on our lives. Ultimately, my hope is that I can help you steward your health so that you can live life more fully with the people you love! |
