March Matness Class: Saturday, March 8, 2025 at the newly renovated Downtown DoubleTree Hotel located at 505 N. 5th Street, Rapid City.
3 Group Mat Pilates Classes on 1 Day - $16 is for a single group mat Pilates class. The $16 pre-registration before 3-1-2025. At the door rate is $21 thereafter.

- First class starts at 10 - 10:40 am Intro to Mat Pilates - This will cover some fundamentals about Pilates and will be a gentle breath work, movement, flexibility, and core strength session with exercises that will challenge the seasoned Pilates veteran as well introduce folks new to the exercise.
- Second class starts at 10:50 - 11:30 am Pilates for Breathing, Stretching and Rejuvenation. Flow through a variety of stretches that target all major muscle groups. Breath Work Techniques: Learn how to harness the power of your breath to enhance your practice and improve overall well-being.
- Third class starts at 11:40 am - 12:20 pm- Pilates Mash-Up, For Newbies to Pros. For new students to veteran Pilates students. This session is designed for all levels, focusing on building strength, fitness, and flexibility. Modifications for beginners and intermediate variations for those seeking more challenge.
