Tuesday Beginners Mat Pilates Classes
TUESDAY 3PM BEGINNERS MAT PILATES CLASSES @ Peak Wellness Rapid City located at 715 Omaha Street. April 1st, 8th, 15th, & 22nd.
The beginners mat Pilates class is ideal for the student that is new to Pilates. Pacing for the class will be much slower and less challenging than the 4 pm group mat Pilates classes.
Classes are not transferable. Classes are sold as a set within the month; there are no split month sets.
*Monthly classes comprise of four weekly classes. If a scheduled class lands on a holiday (actual day or week), then there will be no in-person class, and a recorded online class will drop in your inbox on Tuesday.
