The term “neuroplasticity” combines “neuro,” meaning brain, and “plasticity,” meaning the ability to change. Our brains are constantly evolving, no matter our age. Neuroplasticity describes the brain’s remarkable capacity to take in new information and adapt to fresh challenges. This adaptability allows our brains to remain flexible and responsive throughout our lives.
NeuroPower Training-sometimes called brain-based or neurocentric training-focuses on the brain as the starting point for improving the body, rather than just targeting the muscles and bones. By using specialized exercises and techniques, neuro training activates specific brain regions, neural pathways, and sensory systems. This often involves drills that stimulate vision, balance (vestibular system), sensory processing, and movement coordination. Potential Benefits:
